You must participate two exams in one day, attend the morning and afternoon sections
Format : 100 multiple choice questions for each section
Time : two and half hours (150 minutes)
Exams Content
The following items must remain on your desk at all times during the examination:
Identification, Examination Admission Ticket, Approved Calculator and Pencils are allowed in the examination center.
No draft paper is permitted to bring to the examination center.
No dictionary is permitted
All candidates must bring sharpened N0.2 or HB pencils
No food is permitted
Of course, mobile and other contact instruments such as Beeper are not permitted.
No watch with digital display can be wear in the examination center.
Available calculator
For the fairness, HKFRMA allows only TI BAIIPLUS and HP12C. Most of candidates choose TI BAIIPLUS, which is portable and cheep. Candidates can get it from course providers certificated by HKFRMA. No other calculator is permitted.
Standard Setting for the CFRM Exams
A panel of practitioners who are familiar with the knowledge, skills, and abilities required of competent practitioners in the field of financial risk management will design and write the exam questions according to HKFRMA LOs and reference materials. A minimum passing score will be set by HKFRMA Examination Subcommittee.
